SEO Intel ("we", "us") is a digital service operated from the United Kingdom. We provide two product lines from one website. First, AI-generated SEO research, product listings, social copy and blog briefs for independent online sellers (Etsy, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Marketplace, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Second, whole-store audits that scan storefronts against Google Merchant Center policy and return categorised findings with verbatim source quotes and verbatim policy citations. The service is accessed at seo-intel.co.uk.
Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

Outputs are generated by a large language model. They may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by you before being published or used commercially. We make no warranty that outputs are factually correct, free from third-party infringement, or guaranteed to rank in any search engine. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it.
The service is provided "as is". We may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or lost data.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We use a deliberately minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

The free audit is, by definition, free. Nothing to refund.
Paid audits (Tier 1 and Tier 2) are refunded automatically when our crawler can't reach enough of your store to produce a meaningful audit, defined as zero products and one or fewer pages successfully crawled. The refund processes back to your card via Stripe within 5–10 business days. No action needed from you. The audit URL stays live as proof of the refunded run.
Paid audits are also refunded on request within 7 days of purchase if the audit completed but a finding turned out to be wrong (we cited a quote that does not exist on your store, or we cited a policy line that does not say what we claimed it says). Email hello@seo-intel.co.uk with your UCRN and the specific finding that is incorrect. We respond within 48 hours.
Paid audits are NOT refunded because Google did not reinstate the account, because the findings were correct but you didn't agree with them, or because a competitor's tool gave a different answer. The audit is diagnostic information drawn from publicly observable evidence. Whether Google reinstates an account is between you and Google. We say this explicitly throughout the site so there is no ambiguity at purchase time.
The free tier (5 queries per day) is, by definition, free. There is nothing to refund.
Credits are a digital service. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulation 36), the right to cancel a digital purchase ends as soon as the digital service has begun, provided you have given express consent. By starting to use credits after purchase, you give that consent and waive the 14-day cancellation right.
We will refund unused credits on request within 14 days of purchase, where:
Partial refunds for partially-used packs are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.
If our service fails to deliver an output (Anthropic outage, worker downtime, etc.) we do not deduct a credit. If a credit is incorrectly deducted due to a bug on our end, we restore it on request.
